Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

I've been on a wee bit of a hiatus - 8 months "ish". At first, the lighting was so bad in the winter to take pictures that everything looked awful in photos. Then, life started lifeing. Right at the tail end of the school year my husband got a new job offer, and the next few months were a whirlwind of house hunting, packing, moving, settling in, getting kids situated and registered for school, and have I mentioned my husband hasn't actually moved here with us yet? Whew! But hopefully I can get back into posting, and this house has FABULOUS natural light. The other morning as school was starting I was very thankful for this "prepare ahead" breakfast favorite. They are easy, delicious, and they keep for days in the fridge. My middle has eaten them for breakfast and also packed some for lunch.

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 lb hot sausage, uncooked

1 cups sharp shredded cheddar

1 1/4 c. bisquick baking mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredient together. I prefer to use my stand mixer. Form into uniform balls about inch in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake about 20 min or until done in the center and golden brown. Enjoy!
